1. General Refund & Reimbursement Guidelines
- Refunds are available within 30 days from the date of delivery for most electronics, subject to certain conditions.
- For items to be eligible for a refund, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and with all packaging, accessories, and manuals intact.
- If the item is damaged or defective, we will guide you through the return process for a refund or replacement.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Reimbursement
Refunds will be processed under the following circumstances:
A. Faulty or Defective Products:
- If your product is faulty or defective upon arrival, please notify us within 7 days of receipt at hello.velyres@gmail.com.
- We will either issue a full refund or send a replacement item, depending on your preference and product availability.
- Faulty or defective items may need to be returned before a refund or replacement is processed.
B. Incorrect Items:
- If we send you the wrong product (e.g., wrong model or color), please contact us within 7 days of receiving the incorrect item. We will offer a free return and send you the correct product.
C. Change of Mind (Non-Defective Products):
- For non-defective products, change of mind returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase, but the product must be unopened and in its original packaging.
- Restocking fees of 15-20% may apply to some items that are opened or used.
- Shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind are the customer's responsibility.
D. Warranty Claims:
- Many electronics come with a manufacturer’s warranty that may cover certain defects or malfunctions beyond our return policy window.
- If your product is within the warranty period, we will help facilitate warranty claims with the manufacturer. Refunds or replacements will be processed through the warranty provider.
3. How to Return an Item for a Refund or Reimbursement
If you believe your product is eligible for a return or refund, please follow these steps:

Return Instructions: We will provide instructions for returning the product. If the product is defective, we may provide a prepaid return label. For change of mind returns, the return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

Condition of Product: Please return the product in its original, unused condition with all accessories, manuals, and packaging intact. We cannot accept returns for products that are damaged due to misuse.
4. Refund Process
Once we receive the returned item:
- We will inspect the product to verify that it meets the criteria for a refund or reimbursement.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.
- If the product is deemed to be non-defective or damaged due to misuse, we may deny the refund or apply a restocking fee.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene, safety, and security reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened electronics: Products that have been opened or used, unless defective or faulty.
- Digital products or software: These products cannot be returned once the seal is broken.
- Gift cards or any other non-returnable items, as stated during checkout.
6. Shipping Fees
- Return Shipping Costs: If the return is due to our error (faulty or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. If you are returning an item due to a change of mind or buyer’s remorse, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Original Shipping Fees: Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective products).
7. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item or model, please return the unwanted item for a refund and place a new order for the replacement item.
8. Warranty & Manufacturer Claims
Many of our electronic products come with a manufacturer's warranty that covers defects beyond our 30-day return period.
