  • All orders are processed within 3–5 business days from the time they are placed.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been processed and shipped.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination, but typically range from 7–15 business days.
  • Expedited Shipping: Available in select locations. Delivery times range from 3–7 business days.
  • International Shipping: Delivery times for international orders may take 15–30 business days or longer, depending on your location and customs processing.

Please note that delivery times may vary due to external factors like weather, customs delays, or high-volume shipping periods (e.g., holidays).

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Shipping costs are non-refundable except in the case of a faulty or incorrect item.

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes. Please ensure that you provide a valid street address.
